The 40” prinsu lightbar max opening is actually 43” though it is listed as a 40”. This is not a f. Light bar bracket (+$27.00) no light bar bracket.

Noise reducing edge trim is included with the purchase of the rack. The cali raised site says the 43 bar requires some modifications to the wind faring. curious if you had to do anything extra to mount that or if it just dropped right in? The rack is extremely lightweight.
